Roxana Grunenwald (she/her) is in Branford College and is studying Philosophy and Humanities. She is from southern Wisconsin and is interested in empowering students to undertake more environmentally-conscious decisions by encouraging them to think about the world and their interactions with it. With roles as a Peer Educator Student Leader and Photographer for the Office of Sustainability, she hopes to cultivate a mighty community of environmental activists across levels of Yale administration and works to kindle a sustained reverence for the environment and appreciation for its natural resources. She has been involved with sustainability in political advocacy and in other organizations at Yale, and can be found outside of class writing, ruminating, taking photos, and enjoying the green spaces around campus.
