The Office of Sustainability in collaboration with the Office of International Affairs and the Peking University seeks papers from Yale students to attend and present at the Beijing Forum – Student Panel November 5th - 7th 2010.
Paper topics must respond to the following sub-forum topics:
- The Challenge: The Threat of Environmental Pollution and Ecological Damage
- The Responsibility: Participation in Public Welfare and Volunteer Services
- The Vision: The Establishment of “Green Home” and “Green Campus”
Beijing Forum will provide these students with accommodation for the duration of the conference (from the 4th to the 7th of November, inclusive), as well as a round-trip international transportation subsidy.
Submission deadline for abstracts is September 1st. Students will be notified September 7th. Abstracts should be between 250 – 300 words. Please include your resume. Additional information regarding Beijing Forum participation will be provided to students following the selection process.
