A colorful new mural by Yale School of Art alumna Victoria Martinez ‘20 M.F.A. has been painted in Fair Haven to raise awareness about climate change. The mural—a collaboration between the Yale Schools of Art, Architecture, and the Environment, as well as the city and neighborhood groups—was made with special cooling paint meant to lessen the urban heat island effect, and was funded by the Yale Planetary Solutions Project.
