Administrative Systems
A productive campus relies upon systems that enable departments to balance budgets, procure goods, maintain spaces and ensure that best practices are used. The Yale Sustainability Strategic Plan calls for efficiency and coordination across administrative systems that lead to a decrease in paper use, procured goods and financial incentives that lead to best practices.
